FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT CENTRES (SCOTLAND) LIMITED
A Company Limited by Guarantee and Not Having a Share Capital. Incorporated on the 5th September 2005
- The name of the company (hereinafter called ‘the Company’) is Family Entertainment Centres (Scotland) Limited.
- The registered office of the Company will be situated in Scotland.
3 The objects for which the Company is established are:
- 3.1 To educate the public and governmental organisations on the contribution made to the economy and society of gaming, amusement arcades, leisure fairs and any combinations thereof (“Scottish Family Entertainment Centres”) in Scotland, and to support and improve the position of Scottish Family Entertainment Centres;
- 3.2 To influence government and local authority policy on Scottish Family Entertainment Centres through lobbying, liaising with public and private organisations, campaigning and representing the interests of Scottish Family Entertainment Centres; and
- 3.3 the doing of all such other things as the directors of the Company consider to be ancillary or conducive to the attainment of these objects.
